Kevin Lebahn (Saint John's 16), an all-conference goalkeeper during his collegiate days, will serve in his first year at the lead Goalkeeper Trainer and Academy Director for FootHolde Soccer. Kevin comes as a young coach with a great playing background.
Currently Kevin is coaching at Tonka United as the club goalkeeper coach. Also serves as the goalkeeper coach for Augsburg College.
Kevin was four-year player for the Johnnies, Lebahn finished his career with a 34-20-6 record with 16 shutouts. He recorded 265 saves (.803 save percentage) in 60 game appearances in his career, claiming a 1.08 goals-against-average.
Lebahn earned All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference first-team honors in 2015, going 12-4-2 with 63 saves (.797 save percentage) and a 0.87 GAA. In league play, he was second among conference goalies in wins (7), GAA (0.78) and save percentage (.814). He also earned All-MIAC honorable-mention honors in 2013.
In his prep career, he earned all-conference and all-state honors at Benilde-St. Margaret's, part of a Red Knights' Minnesota Class A state championship team.

The short answer is NO. All goalkeeper training is curriculum based and tailor made to meet players where they are at, challenge them, and end each day in game-like situations and competitive game play to maximize player development. All training is age-appropriate. Players will be challenged accordingly.
