Owner Jonathan Schaefer - with 20+ years as a performance training specialist, athletic trainer, and soccer coach - has designed a unique training program to help players achieve their soccer goals.
Our training curriculum provides daily ball mastery techniques to improve comfortability and confidence with the ball at your feet. Technical progressions for ball striking, passing/receiving, 1st touch, dribbling, and aerial ball control are utilized. Our teaching is tailor-made to suit the improvement of each player. Our trainers are of the highest level with multiple years experience. A daily fitness component will be added to improve overall athleticism - with a focus on agility, stabilization, core strength, and explosiveness.
