FootHolde is the most experienced, longest-standing, and reputable professional soccer training and soccer camp program in Minnesota, with expertise in human, coach and player development – helping families navigate their soccer journey. Our summer soccer camps and winter soccer training clinics provide all players of all ages (5-17) and levels (rec to elite) a secure foundation from which further progress may be made.

When: Fridays November 13 thru March 19* (16 sessions) — 5:00-6:30 pm (March 19 is futsal game play, 6-7:30 pm @ Hopkins West Middle)

FootHolde Fridays, Excellence of Attack Clinics – Ages 6–15

Using FootHolde’s fast-action training methods, players of all levels improve confidence and ball mastery through dribbling, quick passing, 1v1 moves, and finishing.

All positional players will benefit!

Elite Training Groups – Ages 9-17

High-level coaching for serious players who want to sharpen skills and gain a competitive edge in a professional, small-group setting.

When: Wednesdays, November–March (18 sessions).
One-hour slots between 6–8 pm.
No sessions: 11/25, 12/23 and 12/30

Indoor Soccer – Small Sided Games – Grades 3-8

Fast-paced 2v2, 3v3, 5v5, 7v7 games that maximize touches, build skills, and grow confidence. For players who want the perfect mix of fun, learning, and game play this winter.

  • Exciting games for sharper skills and focus
  • Improve game understanding and enjoyment
  • Professional guided environment, but kid focused
  • Enhance fitness output and athleticism

When: Saturdays, November 14–March 20 (16 sessions).

No Sessions: 11/28, 12/26, and 1/2
2:00-3:00 pm = Grades 3-5
3:00-4:00 pm = Grades 5-8

FootHolde Summer Camps

All players of all ages and levels, Ages 5-17
Players train in groups based on age & level using FootHolde’s Soccer IQ TM play-based methodology that helps players improve game understanding and performance.

Learn from expert coaches, play outside with friends, improve your confidence, and compete in fast-action games…daily!

Why? Quality soccer training and coaching instruction, learn life skills, positive role models, flexible registration options, 20+ years experience, affordable and loads of soccer fun!

When? Camp begins early June and runs weekly (M-F) through end of July. All camps are half day camps, 9am-noon.

Where? Locations throughout the South and West Metro.

What else? Goalkeeper training is offered at each camp location, for players ages 10-18.
