FootHolde is the most experienced, longest-standing, and reputable professional soccer training and soccer camp program in Minnesota, with expertise in human, coach and player development – helping families navigate their soccer journey. Our summer soccer camps and winter soccer training clinics provide all players of all ages (5-17) and levels (rec to elite) a secure foundation from which further progress may be made.

Summer Camps Overview

Summer Soccer Camps | Ages 4–17

FootHolde Summer Soccer Camps provide age-appropriate, play-based training for players of all levels. Players train in small groups based on age and ability using FootHolde’s Soccer IQ™ methodology, designed to improve game understanding, confidence, and performance.

Weekly camps, Monday–Friday, early June thru late July
Half-day sessions: 9:00am–12:00pm

Goalkeeper Training

FootHolde creates the right learning environment for every player through three age-appropriate camp settings:

Ages 4–6
Build confidence and a love for the game through movement, imagination, and fun-filled play.

Ages 7–11
Develop technique, decision-making, and game understanding in a fun, competitive environment.

Ages 13U & older
For adolescent players ready to sharpen skills, increase game awareness, and take the next step in their development.
