FootHolde Summer Soccer Camps
FootHolde is the only camp program in the Twin Cities Metro that provides experienced and trained professional coaches. The intensive curriculum provides a second-to-none player development experience for all of our players - focused on age-appropriate soccer skills, free-play street soccer, ball mastery development (composure with the ball), decision making and problem solving, a competitive camp tournament, as well as a fitness training component and nutritional education (by licensed professionals).
FootHolde Northwest, Academy North, and Tryout Prep
The Newest Minnesota Soccer Camps!
FootHolde Northwest will be a hybrid between the Academy and Select Camps - focused on instilling passion and teaching the fundamental aspects of the game, while challenging older players to think and play quickly in a more demanding and professional training environment. The objectives are to encourage technical ball mastery, attacking skills, problem solving, and decision making in a small-sided environment. Players will experience a fun-filled flowing playing environment and will be pushed (age-appropriately of course) “outside their comfort zone.”

FootHolde Academy North will be run in conjunction with the Select North Camp - same dates, location, and times. The Academy North camp will cater to younger players (ages 5-12), looking to improve their skills and enjoy "the beautiful game." Curriculum and other details on Academy-style camps can be seen below under the Academy Camps heading (see below).

FootHolde Tryout Prep is a new camp catered towards players who want to prepare themselves for their upcoming club tryouts. The focus will be on sharpening players skills, 1st touch, and confidence with the ball - all in the effort to give them that extra boost for tryout week. Players will also improve fitness and decision making through playing the game - 1 v 1, 2 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 3, etc....

FootHolde Select
The Most Challenging Minnesota Soccer Camps
The Select Camps provide a high quality and challenging training environment. Not only do we have the finest and most experienced coaches, but we also attract many of the top players across the state, which really pushes our players “outside their comfort zone.”
All Select Camps contain a Performance/Fitness Training Component in the curriculum. The Select Camps are mainly for older players (U11C2 and up) and cater to the more committed soccer player. In addition to Select I and II, we have added a Select North Camp to the 2008 summer camp schedule – to be held in Maple Grove.
FootHolde Academy Camps
The Most Fun Minnesota Soccer Camps!
The Academy Camps provide a learning and fun-filled training environment, provided by a highly experienced professional coaching staff. The camps are growing fast (hint, hint ...satisfied past FootHolders are telling their friends!) with players attending from all across the Metropolitan Area.
Academy-style camps are based on teaching the fundamental aspects of the game. The objectives are to encourage technical ball mastery, attacking skills, problem solving, new relationships, and good sportsmanship. In addition, players will also learn the importance of starting their own "street soccer" games, as they will be expected to set up and organize these games at the beginning of each camp day.
All Academy-style camps contain an age-appropriate Performance Training Component focused on balance, strength, agility, and movement education. They are mainly for younger players (ages 5-14), and cater to instilling passion for the game while learning new skills.
