Pre-season H.S. Captains' Training Camp for Local High Schools
FootHolde Captains' Training aims to work with high school captains in running a pre-season training camp prior to the start of the high school season. In a requested effort in 2005, FootHolde worked with highly regarded programs such as Woodbury, Blake, and Holy Angels -- all of whom have qualified for the state tournament since.
As current and former high school coaches, we are aware of the difficulty in getting the most out of high school captains' practices. With some of the best soccer coaches in Minnesota, FootHolde offers this unique opportunity to prepare for the upcoming high school season...all at a minimal cost. The FootHolde group has extensive knowledge and experience in high school soccer and understands the evident limitations in properly preparing for the season.
Common Training Problems:
- Injuries caused by overtraining in a limited time frame
- A lack of individual technical training
- Unstructured, unfocused training curriculum
The FootHolde Solution:
- Focus on functional fitness and injury prevention
- Work on technical abilities at an individual level
- Enhance small-sided tactical awareness
- Training in a focused, fun, competitive environment
In order to take advantage of this outstanding opportunity, a minimum of 30 players must commit to attending the FootHolde Captains' Training Camp. At the price of $70 per player, there is not a better value for the technical and physical training players will receive. For more information, coaches, parents, and captains of local high school programs can contact us.
