SELECT SOCCER CAMPS (13-17)
Minnesota's Most Committed and Competitive Players!
The Select Camps provide a high quality and challenging training environment like no other camp in the region. Not only do we have the finest and most experienced coaches, but we also attract many of the top players across the state, which really pushes our players to compete outside their comfort zone.
Select I is FootHolde's first and foremost camp program - started in 2003 with 100+ Premier and C1 players competing at the highest levels. The demand has increased as more and more older players committed to hard work and self-improvement come out to compete each year! All Select Camps contain a Performance/Fitness Training Component in the curriculum. Daily expert advice and personal workouts are a part of helping players take their game to the next level.
FootHolde has added Select Camps in many Twin Cities communities, which gives our older competitive players the chance to attend a Select Camp closer to home. Some, but not all of the cities, include Apple Valley, Chanhassen, Cottage Grove, Buffalo, Minnetonka, Prior Lake, and Minneapolis.

Player's Benefits
FootHolde Select is the only camp program in the Twin Cities Metro that provides experienced and trained professional coaches. The intensive curriculum provides a second-to-none player development experience for all of our players - focused on age-appropriate soccer skills, free-play street soccer, ball mastery development (composure with the ball), decision making and problem solving, a competitive camp tournament, as well as a fitness training component and nutritional education (by licensed professionals). Not to mention our players receive free educational materials (sport psychology books for individual performance enhancement), individual workout plans, individual training devices, and guidelines for improving game-day performance.
