Building upon this past summer FootHolde will be offering a development program for players looking for small group and individualized training with high level trainers on specific individual and positional skill sets.
Our training curriculum provides daily ball mastery techniques to improve comfortability and confidence with the ball at your feet. Technical progressions for ball striking, passing/receiving, 1st touch, dribbling, and aerial ball control are utilized. Our teaching is tailor made to suit the improvement of each player. Our trainers are of the highest level with multiple years experience. A daily fitness component will be added to improve overall athleticism - with a focus on agility, stabilization, core strength, and explosiveness.
