FootHolde and Prior Lake Soccer Club Team Up!
FootHolde and Prior Lake Soccer Club have teamed up to offer discounted camps, clinics and programs for players and teams who are affiliated with Prior Lake Soccer. With the positive changes and growth of Prior Lake Soccer, FootHolde is adding an option for players who want to take their game to the next level.
FootHolde also plans to bring free coaching clinics in late winter/spring to Prior Lake Soccer Club. Age-appropriate training sessions will be run by Jonathan Schaefer (FootHolde Director) and/or other FootHolde Staff Coaches. More to come with specific dates and times.
FootHolde Academy Southwest: A Prior Lake ClubCamp
FootHolde and Prior Lake Soccer Club present the FootHolde Academy Southwest Soccer Camp. The camp will cater to the development of Prior Lake players and teams, and will provide the same intensive curriculum and professional coaching seen in other FootHolde camps and clinics. Academy Southwest will focus on instilling passion and teaching the fundamental aspects of the game, while challenging players to think and play quickly in a more demanding and professional training environment. The objectives are to encourage technical ball mastery, attacking skills, problem solving, and decision making in a small-sided environment. Players will experience a fun-filled and soccer learning environment by professional and experienced camp coaches.

9:15-9:30: Topic of the Day - Demonstration and Lifestyle Advice (i.e., Nutrition)
9:30-10:00: Full Camp Game
10:00-10:30: Technical Ball Mastery (Topic of the Day)
10:30-11:00: 1 v 1 and Small-Sided Competitive Games
11:00-11:45: FootHolde Cup Tournament
11:45-12:00: Cool Down/Stretch/Awards

Winter Clinics
FootHolde is offering two winter clinic options for Prior Lake soccer players: Excellence of Attack-West (Nov-Dec @ the Tonka Dome), and Individual Competitive Development (Jan-Mar @ the Augsburg Dome). The Excellence of Attack curriculum will focus on attacking principles - creative 1 v 1 moves technical goal scoring, and decision making in the final third. The I.C.D. curriculum will focus on individual technical (ball mastery) and tactical (decision-making) development in a competitive small-sided game environment. The ICD Clinic will include a core strength/fitness component at each session.
All Prior Lake soccer players will receive a $25 off Excellence of Attack-West and $40 off ICD.
