Performance Training Available for Teams

 

FootHolde's Performance Training is set up in seasons by committed teams looking for that extra edge in field performance. Because of the demanding soccer schedule for these committed athletes - especially at the older ages - different age groups benefit from the training during certain times of the year. Performance training is best when performed in an off-season or pre-season calendar time frame.

 

FootHolde's Performance Training Program will focus on teaching the methods and exercises for becoming a faster, quicker, and stronger player. Nutritional guidance, balance exercises, and injury prevention techniques are also a part of FootHolde’s extensive Performance Training Program. Training with the ball is small part of the training, but will be touched on in regards to speed, agility, and explosiveness.

 

Due to the increased demand for FootHolde’s Performance Training, we will only be working with small groups and teams. So, get a group of 8 or more friends together and contact us. We’ll take your game to the next level!
